Meet with other local people who are interested in the practice of using qi/chi for healing. However, we also explore ways of self-healing, self-help, stress management, diet, exercise and eastern martial arts practice for health and longevity. Classes conducted by Master Sensei Bambouyani, a practitioner of Chi for over 30 years, an 8th degree black belt in karate and stress management coach.
