I've spent far to many years sedate with all sorts of excuses, over the past year and half I've made vast inroads in getting back in shape both mentally and physically. On average I spend about 7-10 hours exercising physically per week.
Nothing formal. I've been researching the topic and am very interested in the overall process.

I have an instructional DVD that I had a hard time getting into, the physical parts weren't so bad, but I felt unfocused and wasn't able to pursue it as well as I'd hoped to.
