The Rising Lotus offers an opportunity to meet with other practitioners of QiGong to learn the basics, improve your form, or heal using Qi. QiGong (pronounced chee-gung) exercises are gentle movements that combine slow moving postures and breath. Many people define it as "meditation in movement". It's similar to Tai Chi in the soft flow from one posture to another. QiGong has the advantage that it isolates individual exercises and allows for tailoring a session to your particular needs.
